HR Assistant – Remote & US Based:
Infina Health is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As a key junior member of our HR Department, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s HR processes to drive growth.
- Your job will be to remotely administer the Applicant Tracking and assist with the overall recruitment process.
- You will be required to screen and coordinate all applicants under-process via the HRIS.
- You will work with the senior HR team to deliver daily workloads as per requirements.
- You must ensure timely processing of incoming resumes and communicate with candidates.
- You must complete all deliverables in a timely manner and ensure work is done to the highest quality.
Responsibilities Include:
- Shortlisting of all received resumes in Applicant Tracking System with daily updates.
- Assist in recruitment process – Handle large volume of resumes daily to administer priority job pipelines.
- Set up interviews – Coordinate with candidates to set up interview times in a timely and organized manner.
- Do thorough job research, market surveys and analysis to stay informed of updated job market information.
- Maintain employee information in the system (resignation/termination/joining dates etc.)
- Accurately maintain HR documents as per system requirements.
Skills Required:
- Must have recommended 2-4 years of HR related experience. Specialized Degree in HR is Preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks, documentation, and data entry.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Zoho Recruit, Paycor etc.), databases, and MS Office apps (Word & Excel).
- Verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, candidates and stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
